Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Which Duty Free Ltd. governing your use of the mobile application Which Duty Free (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

Which Duty Free Ltd. grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Subscription & Billing

The App require an auto-renewable subscription with a free trial period.

• Subscription price: £1.99 per year (unless otherwise stated)

• Free trial: 7-day free trial, after which the subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings
  

No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Interfere with the App’s operations or servers

• Upload harmful or malicious content

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, and functionality within the App are the property of Which Duty Free Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Which Duty Free Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Which Duty Free Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
